What is the minimum resolution needed for excellent print quality?
The resolution of the images must be 300 dpi. The final printed product's quality will be impacted if the artwork is created at a lower resolution.

Are bleeds on provided artwork required?
NO. All artwork sent to us for printing must have at least a 5mm safe text area, which means no text within 5mm of the print area's edge. If the artwork isn't provided in this format, you may have to pay extra to have it modified.

What kinds of documents should we send you?
The original picture files, as well as the document file, must be provided when utilizing pictures in specific applications, such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. We won't be able to print your file without them. For logos, transparent PNG files or EPS should be utilized as a general rule. JPEGs are usually acceptable for pictures, but if you use them, make sure the quality is as high as possible. Print-ready PDF files in high quality are also acceptable. If you have any doubts regarding your files' compatibility, please contact us.

Do we receive color proof before we start the job?
Yes, we would gladly give you a color proof (digital copy only) before the work is printed; however, this would need the customer to check all of the material thoroughly. Please keep in mind that if any file modifications are needed at this time, we may do them before the work is submitted to print. There are no further modifications that may be made after the work has been approved for print. If modifications are needed after the signing of the agreement, you may pay additional costs.
